A lot of activist haven't caught on to the fact that family court and especially child support IS the police state and systematically targets Black Americans and increasingly immigrants for future police contact.

The ever increasing rate at which people who do not need government intervention end up in family court is alarming.

In WA state everyone who needs to settle a simple parenting dispute is REQUIRED to put someone on child support and into this database.

I was -just- writing about the dangers of family court to Black Americans and obviously this also applies to immigrants as well.

The only solution is to abolish the parts of family court which needlessly put parents in court and jail, frequently over simply being too poor to pay child support or afford a lawyer.

In the US that actual rate of situations confirmed to need a CPS investigation for Black families is 20% of cases. ⚠️ 🚨 However in West Coast cities as many as 70% of all Black kids will see their family investigated by CPS!
