Mailbox.org is one of those email providers that doesn’t get talked about as much as Proton Mail or Tuta, but it probably deserves more attention. Nice point — that stood out to me too. Most email providers stop at mail, calendar and storage, so seeing XMPP/Jabber support in the mix does give mailbox.org a slightly different feel. It reinforces the idea that they’re building a broader communications service, not just another inbox.

I tried mailbox.org some years ago. Though their xmpp support seems not to be their priority 🤔
