Domani: L’associazione Asgi vince contro il Viminale, per il Tar «ha diritto a entrare nel Cpr in Albania»

L’Associazione per gli Studi giuridici sull’immigrazione ha fatto ricorso contro il diniego della prefettura alla richiesta di ingresso a garanzia dei diritti delle persone trattenute. I giudici hanno censurato la motivazione del rigetto: «Del tutto apodittico e contrario al quadro normativo»

The Asgi association won against the Ministry of the Interior (Viminale), for the TAR (“has the right to enter the Cpr in Albania”).

The Association for Legal Studies on Immigration filed an appeal against the prefecture’s denial of entry permission to guarantee the rights of people held in detention. The judges censured the reasoning behind the rejection: “Entirely unfounded and contrary to the regulatory framework.”
