@[email protected] Almost anybody is chill compared to the US (currently and in near history). But historically no one can say the europeans have been practising chill (and by that I mean kind) politics. Even today the European countries are willingly participating in all kinds of atrocities, directly or indirectly, if it suits them. But no, not like the US is.
