Sumo 
Mother in law wants to replace her 17 Tucson with a Forester, Rav4, or CRV. She has 52k miles on her FWD Tucson and it's mainly low speed commuting. I have 0 Subaru experience. Any reasons to go for the Rav4/CRV instead? Gas Mileage isn't too much of a concern nor is the slow infotainment.
She likes the Forrester and CR-V. Rav4 is out. She needs to test drive and then we will see what she is going to get.
Basmitharts@sumo She didn't shop the current Korean offerings? Seems like both Hyundai and Kia have gotten much better since 2017.

@Basmitharts I'm really worried about the Forester Infotainment but I'll work with her to learn how to use it. Mainly she'll use Carplay but hvac stuff other than temp up and down are in that.

@chromblitzen @Basmitharts From reviews that I have watched/read the Subaru Infotainment is not the best. It's a bit slow and the hvac controls are in it. I think it will be a challenge for her to use it.
