@argals @soatok also regardless, means testing is always cumbersome and expensive to administer.

The most efficient way to help everyone who deserves it is to help everyone.

@ferrix @argals @soatok I will shout that every time it's applicable. Thank you so much for saving me the effort! Means testing is a scam set up to discourage qualified people from applying.
