How come that when I feel great my watch tells me I didn’t sleep well and I will feel tired, and when I feel crap like today it tells me I had a good sleep and should feel rested?

@Walkaholic Same.

If I feel so rough that I find it difficult to even read what my watch is saying, that's when it says "Hey! You slept so well!".

I think my watch is either stupid or very cruel.

@aroundthehills Someone with a strange sense of humour must be programming these watches
@Walkaholic @aroundthehills Mine told me I’d already been in bed for an hour when in fact I was up and about and watching telly - definitely not asleep! The sleep monitor is the least accurate thing about the watches I’m sure - both OH and I often find the readings bear no relation to how we perceive we’ve slept. It does know exactly when I got up for a wee though. I wonder if THEY are harvesting the data 👀
@CloudsGoBy @aroundthehills isn’t everyone harvesting data these days #Sigh
