@geekysteven I know a lot of women who struggle with pleasure from vaginal penetration, which primary consequence is actually procreation, for me at least. Made me wonder at what exact definition of sex you are aiming here.

For me there is sex and then there is affection, passion, warmth, cuddling, caressing, kissing and uncountable other forms of sensory intimacy.

I enjoy the latter one much more.

@Amorpheus I use a broad definition of sex that encompasses all the kinda of stuff you'd do for pleasure. If a partner isn't getting something out of PIV, bare minimum would be to see if there's something else that gets them going.
