@Pinchy63 @chris Media can be a bit slower to traverse servers. When this happens you can sometimes help it along by interacting with the post (for example, click the "favorite" button, then click it again to undo it — though this potentially generates a notification for them if they're on at that time.) Alternately you can click the three dots and choose view original to see it on their server and it should load immediately there.
