Day 30.
So time to reevaluate and adjust my routine some. Its been working some but I need to hit harder with my nutritional needs.
Started today with weightlifting on the machines before the treadmill. Gonna try to add strength training to the routine. Apparently the best way to go is to do the weight training first THEN do the treadmill or elyptical. I was using the elliptical as a warm up.
Turn 47 today... hooray.
