The innocent white blooms with the vibrant magenta buds scattered among them like the illumination of the glowing pink bulbs in the daytime.
And I took lots of pictures at a park in the neighborhood, 西郷川河口公園 (The Saigou River esturary-area park).
Kawadu cherry (河津桜) are in (or after) full bloom with the gradated pink petals, and some Atami cherry (熱海桜) trees with elegant powder pink flowers are still in bloom, too. (2/n)

@mikoto If I ever visit Japan, I'll really consider visiting it in spring not to miss hanami. I swear! 
@szkodnix Spring has just the right weather, so it's a great time to travel in Japan.
And I've heard that people in Europe are also enjoying the cherry blossoms at the famous view spots in London (Kew Gardens), Stockholm (Kungsträdgården), Amsterdam (Kersenbloesempark), Berlin (at the site of the Wall), etc.

@mikoto We also have some sakuras in Wroclaw in Poland as well... but it's not the same experience.
