The Master ladder is so swingy. I got into a 7 game win streak and then the last one came back to win the set, which overall took me from 0 to around 140 I think it was. It didn’t seem like I was playing particularly differently, just that the opponents seemed less good overall or less familiar with the matchup than what I usually encounter. Maybe the difficulty of low Master falls off a cliff in the last half a month of each season as all the good players have climbed higher and more late/casual grinders are the only ones left?
