One of the ironies of working on Mission:Libre is that I'm forced to use more non-free software than ever before.

I just made a LinkedIn account because it's the only way to contact some people except for getting up in the middle of the night and calling them. God help me.

Also, I hear deleting LinkedIn accounts is practically impossible??? Have I made a terrible mistake?

You can leave them deactivated forever. Still in the database but can’t use the site, can’t be seen. (Mine is that way.)

It is possible to delete accounts but the documentation is very difficult to find.

@carmenlisandrette I'm looking at #mobilizon, maybe that can be a local replacement for people steering away corporate networks.

@ark74 It's more that other people are there and don't let you e-mail them.

My account just says its a placeholder and to come here instead.
