almost every part of this post is false.
- clocks don't go forward, they go in circles.
- they don't do this every night; the very subject of parody is a counterexample
- they are literally stoppable.
- many are not silent, they famously go tick tock
- despite having faces they lack eyes and witness nothing of my existence

i suppose they don't feel pity as far as i know but that's my only concession.
