Jack the Waterlogged Count@futurebird "Foreign adventures" sounds too much like a compliment, but "excursion" makes it sound like the sailors and marines are out there for a week of shore liberty, not an actual war that has shooting people and exploding stuff. (basically yes, weird choice of phrase)
