That's it!
That's it!
So both groups hate some of their fellow human beings. It is not a noble position to take. It's like sports, where fans are crazy for one team, ignoring the fact that both teams are composed of the same thing: people.... They are simply wearing different uniforms. But this is more serious than sports.
Could you now explain the inverse:
Who do they LOVE?
Do you automatically hate white men with wealth?
If you examined WWII records, I think you would see there were men of this class imprisoned in Nazi concentration camps. So, no, men would not automatically be "loved" by fascists for simply belonging to a certain demographic.
@jfml
I understand your point that men with wealth could alleviate much suffering. If they make no effort, there is something wrong with their heart.
Some men with wealth do alleviate suffering, and that is why God blesses them to have more.... so they can distribute to the poor.
Keep in mind that there are many black people who are rich. Every race has its millionaires.
Age and race are not requirements to be a millionaire.
That god should just bless the poor to have more, so they wouldn't be poor.
What if the poor are meth addicts that would be willing to kill their neighbor, if they could only afford that gun? And what would you say if you were that neighbor?
What if there was an all-powerful god who could change things for the better but didn't? What would you say to that god, if you could?
I would call that god a piece of shit.
@magreggins
He rewards every man according as his works shall be.
Would you prefer that the evil would prosper unabated? That is what would happen if God did not allow suffering to come to earth, which cleanses it of evil.
The only way to accomplish what you are thinking is if God would take away your free will and make all men robots, without the capacity to do evil or good.
The reason things are not better is not God's fault, but man's fault. We are the ones who are ruining this planet!
Sounds made up.
@Earl @autonomysolidarity anti-fascists love and accept all those the fascists hate. That’s why we hate fascism.
I wanna repeat that. It’s not about hating *people*, it’s about hating an *ideology* (fascism and its cousins) that centers the hatred of people.
@calcifer
Your reply is better than those who claim to hate fascists. Hating an ideology is better than hating your fellow human being who is caught up in that ideology.
For me, it is simpler to just hate sin, because it is evil, but yet love everyone, even those doing these sins.
When we reflect on our own actions, we see that we ALL have sinned (and lived according to the wrong ideology), so we all need mercy. Love and forgiveness brings people out of bad ideologies.
