To be fair, I think everyone has them but they are more likely to interfere with her ability to just get through the day. Today, however, was the polar opposite. She was having an excellent brain day.
I usually do meal planning and work with her on her shopping list on Sundays. She was on top of it today. While I was transcribing, she walked around her kitchen telling me everything she needed, rapid fire. I think the kinetic aspect helped her.
To be clear, I tried to be terse and specific, using language she could easily understand and to model the behavior I'd like to see (you know, parenting). I was NOT expecting a SpongeBob GIF.
