Nick Main@thomasfuchs the daily experience and the source of most “fulfillment” comes from your immediate team. In larger places that team tends to more balanced and cohesive. At least from my experience.
The horrible dysfunction I’ve seen has been in smaller places. The non-profit I worked at was the worst.
