If instance admins allow AI Agents on their platform and they keep harassing us I have no other choice then to silence that instance

Again, I do not pay these massive costs each month to host robots

Do you mean to include plain-automation bots?

I think those can be useful in some cases.

But I agree that LLMs disguised as humans harassing humans is certainly bad.

@[email protected] Depends on what you mean by "major", I suppose. 4k users affected by https://grith.ai/blog/clinejection-when-your-ai-tool-installs-another before it was caught. However, nowhere near the scale of systemd, for sure. But that seems like a matter of time.
