@lyndamerry484 Iraq 1.0 should be under Reagan: the USA encouraged Saddam to attack, provided him with intel and weapons, and then did Iran/CONTRA when he won too much to return to a stalemate. Absolutely despicable. Then Iraq 2.0 and Iraq 3.0 under the Bushes.
