Typical #Telus. I cancelled my account. They send me an email to show me the final bill. Great. But they took away my login. So I can't pay it by that account number. They also have no way of contacting them by email. Every 'contact us' link directs back to 'Login to my Telus'. The only other option is an AI chatbot. It doesn't understand the problem. FFS

I will have to go in to an authorized shop or something. What a bizarre terrible maze they've created.

If you have the physical bill (or can print it out) you should be able to pay it old-school style at your bank. (As long as it has the account number on it)
