Afghanistan 🇦🇫The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s courts handled 133,640 legal and criminal cases in the first two quarters of 1447 AH (Islamic calendar).
The Deputy Spokesman of the court, Qari Mansur Ahmad Hamza, stated that, in addition to these cases, the courts also enforced nearly 87,000 separate documents.
During this period, the courts also implemented punitive sentences for 662 criminals in 27 provinces.
He added that the Supreme Court of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is fully committed to the implementation and enforcement of Islamic Sharia law.

دغو محکمو په یاده موده کې په ۲۷ ولایتونو کې ۶۶۲ مجرمینو ته د تعزیري سزا حکمونه هم تطبیق کړي.
نوموړي ویلي، د افغانستان اسلامي امارت ستره محکمه د اسلامي شریعت تنفیذ او تطبیق ته په پوره مانا ژمنه ده.
