@ecschwarz @colincornaby There are clearly issues with the Mac Pro as a product, but I seem to remember that my old store (that I used to work at and had limited floor space) didn’t have a Mac Pro on display ever. And that was 15 years ago.
I saw more Mac Pros in the edit suites at uni than I did in the three years I also spent part time at Apple. I never sold one, that’s for sure.
It’s just not a priority retail item. The fact it’s there at all is a good/neutral sign, if anything.
@rowan_johnson @ecschwarz For context - this is a flagship store that has always had a Mac Pro on display. The is the first I’ve ever seen the Mac Pro not plugged in at this store.
They could have just removed it though. It’s possible they don’t want it plugged in because it might not support 120hz output to that display?
