Somehow I thought I could do some of the demo on the kitchen and dining room to save money before the contractors came. I like demo. I’m good at demo. But time management? Not so much. We barely got all of the crap moved in time for them to start.

Deeply thankful that when I called the GC Thursday night to let him know demo was his problem, he had absolutely no issue. What a guy!
