#didYouKnow that you can attach multiple images in #deltachat at the same time?

just tap the attach button, then "Gallery" ("Images" on desktop) and select all images from the last family barbecue 💡

depending on the system, you may need to long-tap the first image 💡

It looks fine, when you send a couple of images, but awful for sending lots of them, because images will be sent separately.
I like the way WhatsApp sends images (pic 1). It collapses the images to an album.
To send images the same way I prefer to use Image Album app in Delta Chat. It'z not as convenient as sending images separately or sending in WhatsApp, but it's more convenient to look in a chat (pic 2).

@zeus yip, of course it is known that there is room for improvements.

the current approach was the outcome of some discussions with user and a low hanging fruit, that enables quite some things - before, you could attach only one image - see https://github.com/deltachat/deltachat-android/pull/3351

at some point we will iterate over that :) we're a small team and there are lots of things to do, triage all the time
