I had a heart 🫀surgery 2.5 weeks ago. Today I ran 🏃 for the first time since then, nothing long or fast (6.37 miles, pace 8:36 per mile ⏱️), but I did it! 🦵🥳 I can run again 🔥 #running #recovering #Indestructible
