@maaikees I got a standing-capable desk but hardly ever used it, till I got an off-brand Bosu ball (half a yoga ball in a base). You can bounce! which is MUCH more fun than standing. I feel like it strengthens my foot and ankle better too. #deskDwellers

@nils_berger I should probably caveat that - it adds a lot of height, so check if your desk can go that high! Helps that I'm short 🙃
