Use the BINOMDIST spreadsheet function to play around with the chances of single vote decisions with respect to electorate size. It diminishes as the electorate size increases, but especially as you move away from toss-up conditions (with any given voter being slightly more or less likely to vote for a candidate than not). #math #probability #elections
