I knew they'd limited the days and hours cyclists could use the "go nowhere" path halfway along the replacement East Bay Bridge, but I had no idea how much they were limiting cyclists on the Golden Gate Bridge now for the convenience of drivers (and tourist pedestrians, I guess).
