(Totally coincidentally, I came to know it because it was featured in Sid Meier's Darklands, a game set in medieval Europe only everything people believed then is real. Ie kobolds and goblins and devil-worshippers and the potions are all alchemy and the magic is praying to the appropriate saint. Can't find a recording from the game, but then again it didn't have lyrics)

Anyway, fantastic series. My favourite of all time :)
