🍹 SIREN'S SEA FOAM 🌊 πŸ§œβ€β™€οΈ

Make the sea foam in a mixing bowl (Makes enough for 2 to 3 cocktails.) Combine
πŸ”Έ2 oz liquid egg whites
πŸ”Έ1/2 oz lemon juice
πŸ”Έ1/4 tsp sea salt
Beat on high until there are soft peaks. Set aside and make the cocktail.

Now for the cocktail...

Combine in an ice-filled shaker and shake:
πŸ”Έ2 oz Gin (such as Hendrick's Neptunia)
πŸ”Έ1 oz Simple syrup
πŸ”Έ1/2 oz Lemon juice
Strain into a coupe. Spoon a layer of foam on top. Garnish with dried seaweed and ear plugs.

@JoeWynne as ordered, mostly, since Neptunia is rarer than hen’s teeth I used one of the current limited runs that’s still on the shelves. The other modification was 2/3 oz lemon and the secret ingredient, 1/3 oz of egg whites to provide the foam. I gave my fireball cherry garnish a little help to get it actually ignited, so i guess a tiny amount of everclear is in there too: #monsterdrinks #cocktail

Fire! definitely appropriate for that movie. Looks good! This one was a little involved with the fluff. I was wondering if you would go through the trouble.
