Ich hatte das Gespräch auch schon ein paar Mal mit Leuten mit Bezug auf Radfahrer, die ihren Unmut über den Status Quo auf die Straße tragen. Ich bin als Autofahrer absolut der Meinung, dass Schwache Verkehrsteilnehmer wesentlich stärkere Rechte brauchen. Nichtsdestotrotz gewinnt bei einer Kollision mein Stoßfänger gegen deren Überzeugung -.-

Nearly got killed when a truck driver didn't give him right of way. He tried to force it and ended up in the dirt besides the road because the truck pushed on.
I asked him why he forced it and he said "I was right!" to which I responded: "He was right!" makes a great epitaph!
I mean, he *was* right, but a 10-tonne truck vs 150kg or so human + bike fight will only end in one way. Pick your battles wisely.
