100% this! It seems increasingly likely that the only way we'll stop the progression of #fascism in the #US is to disrupt the work week and the smooth operation of business in as many cities as possible.

We're going to need to build up to the #GeneralStrike and not just one but a series of them over the course of weeks to months. The Saturday #NoKings serves a purpose, it's practice and networking and a kind of muscle flexing but we must take the next steps.

I've said previously, a part of that planning is for folks to start saving money. Start preparing for work outages. Be prepared to offer funding and other resources to those in your community that will need it.

Accept and prepare for disruption to your life to help make this happen. Begin talking to neighbors and your fellow workers now to build solidarity and community networks. Do what you can to build this from the grass roots.

And explicitly, start discussing the general strike as a goal. Say it out loud.
