@rk yeah it's definitely helped quality of life a lot. Oak Park is pretty great because it's 25 a month for residents and it's free for kids middle school on up from 3 to 7 which is great especially in the winter time.

I live very far away from Oak Park but I do have a kettlebell. I should do something other than sit on my out-of-shape tuchus.

@rk yeah the gym membership serves as a "just show up just show up" whereas for me at home it's really easy for me to cut a workout short or just skip
