True for me, any exceptions?

@adhd_coffee "getting things done" really helped me. I bought a copy for everyone in my family. I doubt they read it.
@shapr @adhd_coffee GTD is a good start, but not enough for ADHD.
@MadMike77 @adhd_coffee any other suggestions? I want to improve!

@shapr @adhd_coffee No ADHD is like another. I absolutely need a my Medikinet. But I know someone with ADHD who got aggressiv using a similar product (Ritalin). He is the only one I know who got such a reaction but well... anyway, you will need to find a psychiatrist who will prescribe that medicine anyways, and start with small doses.

Then there is:
- I need to split work into small pieces.
- I know that once I am able to get my feet wet with work it's *much* easier to continue.

@MadMike77 Oh yeah, I have a trick for that!

Sometimes I just cannot get myself to a thing I need to do. It's too hard, too scary, too something.

So I'll say "Well if I were going to do that thing, I'd need to prepare these other things first."

And then I'll cut off parts of the overwhelming task. But I'm not doing the actual task, I'm just preparing for when I am able to do the task!

Sometimes I'll prepare all day, and suddenly the big scary thing is now a ten minute task!
