Good lord. A few weeks ago, I parked in a private parking lot, tried to pay, noticed their app was down, and left. Now they're trying to charge me $95 for not paying for parking.

Filed a dispute since this is absolute bullshit. They claim they can take thirty days to respond, convenient for them.
Car culture sucks.
