Favorite sweet treats? I feel no need to limit myself to just one.. or even one dozen. I'm particularly fond of peach cobbler, pecan pie, lemon meringue pie, a good hot fudge sundae, extra gooey chocolate chip cookies... Tonight I had a slice of chocolate mousse cake, and last night I had hot chocolate and an almond biscotti.
What are your preferred sugary treats?
All good choices. We have a donut shop a few miles from work that make a blueberry cake donut that's absolutely amazing. This is doubly amazing given that I'm not normally a big fan of cake donuts.
As to cinnamon rolls though... in the early 00s I worked in a mall, literally around the corner from a Cinnabon. Get in good with the Cinnabon manager, and they'll make you an amazing extra cinnamony, slightly under-baked, gooey, sweet confection...

Gosh that sounds amazing. I haven't been to a Cinnabon in ages. I wish we had them nearby!! The ones we do have in Canada are far and kinda have low ratings, sadly.
I aim to please. Also in the mall we had a shop that made fresh caramel popcorn. The smell of them making buttery caramel, then tossing popcorn in it was absolutely entrancing.
These days the shop I worked in and the popcorn shop are long gone, but the Cinnabon is still around (sadly their reviews have declined somewhat as well).
