I want to try and use Linux but I'm a total noob, and never used it before.
And this article really helped navigate the mess of the distro choice!
If you guys have any advice, please I'm all ears! #Linux #Distros #linuxgaming

@portunyol Choose something more common as a first attempt. Fedora, Ubuntu, maybe OpenSUSE. These have big helpful communities that you can tap, and have been tested on more combinations of hardware.

@rayk Thanks for your advice! There's this written "Beginners may prefer polished systems like Ubuntu, Linux Mint, or Zorin OS, while experienced users often gravitate toward Fedora, Debian, or openSUSE."

Having into account the numbers of the community I'd choose Ubuntu or Mint. And maybe when or If I get advanced Fedora.

@portunyol In my experience, the biggest problem that people have is some obscure piece of hardware not working correctly. That’s where having a big community really helps. Most stuff “just works”, but when you scale that out to millions of users, someone is going to have a combination that will cause problems.
