arm_features.inc now lists SME2p1, MTE1-4, MTE_ASYNC, MTE_CANONICAL_TAGS, MTE_NO_ADDRESS_TAGS, SME_F16F16, SME_B16B16

Metal now contains GPUFamilyApple10.

Also Kernel.framework (clearly mistakenly) contains full headers for the Airship and AirshipDaleBaseband drivers, I think this is the cellular baseband

CPUFAMILY_ARM_SOTRA (H17S) contains P-cores and M-cores, and there's now a CLUSTER_TYPE_M enum to go with TYPE_E and TYPE_P.
