According to a post on LinkedIn by developer Uros Gazvoda, uBlock DNS has reached over 37 thousand accounts and over 36 million blocked requests.

The project is unaffiliated with uBlock Origin and Raymond Hill. The project has been controversial, with some uBlock Origin users mistakenly installing it under the belief it was owned by the same person.
Adding to this, uBlock Origin fan site ublockorigin[.]com has began promoting the project, without disclosing it is unaffiliated with uBo.
