Flipboard Tech DeskElectronic Arts has laid off an undisclosed number of employees across the game studios behind the Battlefield franchise, including workers at Criterion, Dice, Ripple Effect and Motive Studios. Battlefield 6 was the bestselling game of 2025 in the U.S. EA told @ign: "We’ve made select changes within our Battlefield organization to better align our teams around what matters most to our community."
