It’s funny how an API that I found absolutely inscrutable becomes far more digestible with some help.

No bullshit, this is the sort of thing I miss about having coworkers. 🫤

Regardless, no promises, but a work in progress, thanks to Claude and me:

@stephenrobles What else should I think about including? If you had to pick just one (or maybe two) other intents…
@caseyliss For everyone following, I texted you ;)
@caseyliss Funny how I added Shortcuts to my app the other day, using the same coworker, after finding it inscrutable for years.

@bjoreman @caseyliss I just added Shortcuts to my app the same way. 🤣

There are dozens of us!

@ghalldev @caseyliss Wait a minute … is this the only way people do this?!

(On that note, I was half expecting there to be too little training data for a good result, given how I never felt able to find a reasonable example I could follow.)

@ghalldev @caseyliss (I have not kept up with improvements in the last two majors though, perhaps they made all the difference?)
@bjoreman @caseyliss It’s entirely possible. It did seem remarkably more simple to do than I was expecting, to the point where I felt bad using Claude 🤣

@ghalldev @bjoreman Same!

“Why did I have such trouble doing this‽”

@caseyliss @ghalldev Hang on, did we just manage to get this to fuel our impostor syndrome again? 😆
@caseyliss @ghalldev (Also, how do I become a sophisticated person able to get interrobangs into my posts?)
@bjoreman @ghalldev keyboard replacements in System Settings
@caseyliss This is as good a time as any to share that my wife and I refer to looking things up in Callsheet as “asking Casey.”
@caseyliss what can I say…except you’re welcome!
@caseyliss Honestly this is what I find Claude useful for. One example is animations in Flutter. I just need someone to give me some examples and then I can take it from there.
