At the @EUauditors, we celebrate leadership, equality and the power of women to shape stronger public institutions.
In January 2026, women Heads of the EU and Ukraine Supreme Audit Institutions met in Madrid and signed a joint statement highlighting the transformative role of women in public administration worldwide.

Inspired by this milestone, we hosted an engaging online discussion today, which opened with introductory remarks by ECA President Tony Murphy and was moderated by Annemie Turtelboom, ECA Member & Equality Ambassador.
