Question for the iOS users - i am currently pondering if i should move the search in my app to be hidden behind a button to gain a bit of space - it would move to the top bar with the other actions.
Anyone got any preferences they want to share? the search is per view so having it in the tab bar would not work. (and yes i know the headers are currently not the same, I am going to the smaller version for both)

@jenni I may be influenced by the lack of actual images in the results in A. But overall B is my choice.

@cb_desu they are actually both before views (B is better though due to the slimmer header which I am moving everything to). I am more thinking about whether i want to remove the search bar there in the middle of everything and put it as an icon in the top right that when clicked opens a search bar near the keyboard like some apple apps now do in ios 26
