Firefox updated to version 148 on one of my PCs today, and introduced its AI controls - presenting AI features, a global and feature by feature enable/disable. I really like its implementation of on-device translation.

Firefox seems to get a lot of flak for not listening to users - for me, it remains one of my favourite and most used applications. This panel - like its reversal on terms of service March 2025, are examples of the opposite.
