There are only 4 possible scenarios. 4th is the best option for humanity & the one Trump would rather die than accept.

1. Trump admits defeat & leaves Iran. Global power shifts clearly to China and Russia
2. Trump conducts a ground invasion. USA will lose. Potentially millions killed. Likely global war erupts.
3. Israel & USA use nuclear weapons. Definite global war erupts. Potentially billions killed.
4. Trump resigns or is impeached and actual peace negotiations begin.

Praying for Option 4.

@QasimRashid Option 4 would leave Vance in charge (or if he were also impeached, then Mike Johnson would be in charge). I seriously doubt actual peace negotiations would begin in that case.

There's also a version where there's a terrorist retaliation in the Lower 48 and a hard pivot back to war on minority populations in blue states

5. Homeland Security organises a False Flag Operation against the Total GOP including Trump and his whole offspring and ofcourse Blame it on the Iranian who will gladly take the blame for it and pay the new government with free oil. 😛

@QasimRashid Unfortunately I do not see option 4 as viable, even if Trump resigns, is impeached or dies. The fundamental problem is the American political system.

No country or institution can trust America to honour any agreement long term. Even if a new Democratic president comes in and start negotiating in good faith, everything can be off the table in 4 years.

There is a joke about a man that did everything for his community, yet was always known for f** one sheep. America is now there.

5... trump tells everyone he's won and pulls back ... that creates a problem for Israel and us.... who might use decide they have to use the nuclear weapons they don't have.... before that we need China and Russia to say if that happens they will erase Israel from the face of the world .... it's all about making the consequences unacceptable... nuclear weapons are effective as a deterant against other nuclear weapons... not so much to prevent attacks from conventional weapons

1. The USA won't admit defeat, it's stupid. Russia is a paper tiger, isn't industrially competitive and would be turned into a parking lot by Europe in case of a conventional war.
2. A ground invasion would most likely be successful. The insurgency, however would be a massive issue. Also, there's no point in causing a global war over Iran.
3. The USA and Israel have no reason to use nuclear weapons.

5. Trump declares victory, nothing changes, owned US media goes along with it. Gasoline prices achieve homeostasis at $4.25/gal.
Offshore drilling in the Gulf of Mexico resumes, because it breaks even at $100/bbl.

@QasimRashid but the whole Trump administration are completely mad, so even if Trump is impeached the rest of them will definitely continue towards global thermonuclear because they believe it’s a divine mission 😂 (at least that’s what they tell us)!
