I heard that word just now in One Piece in its catalan dub, which the protagonist uses to call the "triton princess", whose actual name is Shirahoshi, but in catalan "crybaby" is "figaflor" and the protagonist uses that name in a silly but affective way to call her haha. But regardless of its meaning I just though it sounds cute and funny for a cat, so why not? :D
