I have a similar setup w/ some differences you might want to know for curiosity.

The one SSD for your apps should maybe get a mate to also run a mirror. Or at least make a zfs-replication to your spinning disks every now and then.

#truenas doesn't clean up snapshots and old docker images. When your disk space gets smaller maybe investigate there. I have crown jobs for this.
