I enjoy salmon just everyone else.

But today, I reached peak Salmin love with what I had on the fridge:

Smoked salmon, and pico de gallo made with purple onions, tomato, jalapeño, capers, lime and red vinegar.

@rocket ah, but the difference is that I didn’t marinate/cook the salmon on it. I just mixed as I went - so the salmon still tasted/felt smoked
