@mako Crazy how much "Endless Scroll, Empty Soul" challenges my FOMO. In what way is this changing your flow? I've been thinking about enacting a TTL for my read later list.

@andrewortwein Have you checked out the new app Current? It adapts the “river” concept; I’ve been doing more time boxing of “scroll”; but it’s a good idea for a ttl. I need to see if FreshRSS can do that on the backend.

@mako I saw Current and, honestly, the thought of stuff slipping by irked me. Which probably means it would be good for my health. My RSS feeds are a mix of causal stuff that I don't care much about and important stuff I really don't want to miss. Looked like Current let you set TTLs per feed, so that might be a good fit.

@andrewortwein Yeah; it hasn’t totally clicked for me yet. But interesting.

I prob need to do a rss purge again; im back at like 300 or so feeds I follow and the sweet spot is like 100..
